On July 8, Zhu Kebing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, Director and General Manager of China Minmetals, held working talks with Ruan Ying, Party Secretary and Chairman of Jinchuan Group, in Lanzhou, Gansu Province. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on serving national strategies and advancing pragmatic cooperation. Zheng Yueqiang, Deputy General Manager of Jinchuan Group, and Wang Xingquan, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of China Minmetals, attended the meeting.

Zhu Kebing expressed gratitude to Jinchuan Group for its long-term support and assistance to China Minmetals, and briefed the attendees on the Corporation’s development history and business layout. He pointed out that China Minmetals has always adhered to its founding mission of "serving the country through mining and building a strong mining industry", and takes safeguarding national metal mineral resource supply and security as its core responsibility. Anchored by its strategic positioning as the "national team for resource security and the main force for new materials and new energy services," the Corporation is comprehensively enhancing its capacity to ensure the security of strategic mineral resources across the entire chain of exploration, production, supply, storage, and sales. China Minmetals and Jinchuan Group share a long history of cooperation and a solid foundation for collaboration, with notable achievements from years of mutual interaction and coordination. We hope that both sides will continue to strengthen consensus and deepen their cooperative ties, broadening and deepening collaboration across key areas—including scientific and technological innovation, trade logistics, and financial services. Through the sharing of resources and technologies, and by fully harnessing each other's comparative strengths, we look forward to achieving truly mutual benefit and win-win results, and elevating our partnership to greater heights.
