Chen Dexin welcomed Zhang Jingang and thanked Qinghai for its support. He noted that in recent years, China Minmetals and Qinghai have progressed together, closely following the guiding principles of President Xi Jinping's instructions regarding Qinghai. By adopting a "collaborative problem-solving" approach, both sides have achieved significant milestones in salt lake resource development, modern industrial systems, ecological protection, financial services, and rural revitalization. These efforts have yielded major results and valuable experience, paving a unique path for high-quality synergistic development. Since the inauguration of China Salt Lake in February last year, the strong support and practical policy framework provided by the Qinghai CPC Committee and Government have demonstrated the significant advantages and systemic power of enterprise-local government cooperation. Chen expressed hope that both sides would build on these achievements to deepen strategic trust and industrial synergy, driving high-quality salt lake industry development to new heights and achieving a higher level of mutual success.

Zhang Jingang thanked China Minmetals for its outstanding contributions to Qinghai's socio-economic development. He highlighted Qinghai's rich strategic resources and vast industrial potential, noting that cooperation in various sectors, led by the salt lake industry, has yielded solid results and set a benchmark for mutual benefit. Qinghai will continue to optimize its business environment and strengthen policy support to help China Minmetals expand and strengthen its operations in the province. He hoped China Minmetals would continue to leverage its expertise in management, industry, and technology to write a new chapter in enterprise-local government collaboration.
