China Minmetals Convened the 3rd Session of the 2nd Employee Representatives Congress.

On January 15 and 16, China Minmetals held the 3rd session of its 2nd Employee Representatives Congress in Beijing, with 119 employee representatives in attendance.

At the preparatory meeting on the 15th, representatives listened to the report on the qualification review of employee representatives and elected a presidium of 11 members, including Chen Dexin, Zhu Kebing, Wang Jiezhi, and Zhang Zhenmin. The agenda for the Employee Representatives Congress was reviewed and approved.

The Staff Representative Assembly held on the 16th listened to special reports from the General Office, the Finance Department, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, the Labor Union Office, and other departments regarding expenditures related to the fulfillment of duties and benefits of the heads of China Minmetals, the use of business entertainment expenses, labor safety and occupational health, and the handling of proposals from staff representatives; the Assembly also voted to approve the changes to employee directors and employee supervisors of Minmetals Capital. Delegates unanimously agreed that the meeting was streamlined, efficient, and rich in content. The reports were comprehensive and detailed, with accurate and transparent data. Relevant work has achieved positive results under the leadership of the Party Leadership Group of China Minmetals. The Assembly passed various reports amidst warm applause from all staff representatives.

After the meeting, Chen Dexin held cordial conversations with staff representatives from the front line and model workers; he encouraged everyone to actively provide suggestions for the high-quality development of the enterprise and to take the lead and set an example in the process of building the company's harmonious and stable development. Staff representatives also attended the annual work meeting of China Minmetals as non-voting delegates throughout the entire process and participated in group discussions. Everyone expressed that being able to attend the meeting as non-voting delegates and witness the brilliant achievements made by China Minmetals over the past year made them feel deeply inspired and honored. Looking ahead, we will earnestly shoulder our responsibilities and missions, conscientiously study, publicize, and implement the spirit of the conference, and share it with frontline employees. Under the strong leadership of the Party Leadership Group of China Minmetals, we will make new and greater contributions to achieving a "strong start" in the opening year of the "15th Five-Year Plan."
