On July 19, President Zhou Zhongshu and CFO Shen Ling of China Minmetals Corporation met with Fang Fang, Vice-chairman of JP Morgan Asia. President Zhou warmly welcomed Mr. Fang Fang and his delegation. Mr. Fang Fang introduced the successful M&A and IPO cases of JP Morgan in recent years and its rich experience in the metal and mining sector. President Zhou recalled the history of bilateral cooperation, introduced Minmetals' restructuring process and its recent development goals, and also thanked JP Morgan for its long-term and continuous support to China Minmetals. In the end, the two sides exchanged views on the development trend of Chinese and international capital markets.
