On the morning of July 16, President Zhou Zhongshu and CFO Ms Shen Ling of China Minmetals Corporation met with Mr. Faruqui, Head of Global Banking, Asia Pacific of Citibank and his entourage.
President Zhou first warmly welcomed Mr. Mr. Faruqui and his delegation, and invited the guests to watch an introductory video of China Minmetals. And then the two parties reviewed the cooperation history between Minmetals and Citibank. President Zhou introduced the business structure of Minmetals and its achievements during the strategic transformation. Mr. Faruqui and some other executives of Citibank Asia Pacific introduced the development history, global distribution, R & D strength of Citibank and its unique service platform integrating both commercial banking and investment banking. President Zhou expressed sincere gratitude to the comprehensive introduction of Citibank and congratulated Citibank on its ushering in the significant 200th birthday in 2012, and also showed appreciation for the leading edge of Citibank in mining and minerals sector. Both sides wished to strengthen ties for mutually beneficial cooperation in broader fields.
