On March 3, China Minmetals President Zhou Zhongshu, Senior Vice President Zhang Yuanrong and CFO Shen Ling met with Zhang Chunxian, Secretary of the Hunan Provincial CPC Committee, and Zhou Qiang, Governor of Hunan Province, both of whom came to Beijing to attend the National People's Congress (NPC) and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
