On 31 January, the signing ceremony of Ministry-Province cooperation agreement between Ministry of Land and Resources and Guangdong provincial government, also known as the cooperation agreement among five parties including China Minmetals Corporation, China Geological Survey and Guangdong Land and Resources Bureau was grandly held in Guangzhou. Huang Huahua, governor of Guangdong provincial government, Wang Min, deputy minister of Ministry of Land and Resources, Lin Musheng, vice governor of Guangdong provincial government, and Li Fuli, senior vice president of China Minmetals attended the signing ceremony. Wang Jionghui, General Manager of Minmetals Exploration & Development Co., Ltd. signed the five-party cooperation agreement on behalf of China Minmetals.
Signed by China Minmetals Corporation, China Geological Survey, Guangdong Land and Resources Bureau, Guangdong Geology Bureau and Guangdong Rising Assets Management Co., Ltd., the five-party cooperation agreement is an important step to materialize the Ministry-Province cooperation between Ministry of Land and Resources and Guangdong provincial government. The signing of the contract indicated that China Minmetals has taken a crucial and strategic step in acquiring non-ferrous metals, precious metals and rare earth resources in key metallogenic belts of Guangdong province.
